Pet Peeves

I have several pet peeves, some of them might sound ridiculous but believe it or not they are annoying for me.
I think i have more than 10 but i'll just put 10, the main ones.

1. I hate when people make noises while they eat
2. I hate when people whisper
3. I can't stand it when people wake me up for no reason
4. I can't stand it when someone ask me for a bite of my sandwich or anything that im eating
5. I dislike when people dont flush the toilet
6. I get peeved when people have bad breath
7. It drives me crazy when people talk with food in their mouth
8. I truly dislike when someone takes my things without asking for them
9. It drives me crazy when some makes a lot of noise with their pen or they feel they play the drums
10. I hate when someone doesnt pay attention to me while im talking

I've read some quotations that i really like but i don't know the source of all of them just a few so i'll put those which I know.

This are especific quotations which I like a lot and which are very true as well, I hope you like them and I also hope they mean something to you just as they mean something to me.

A phrase that i like

"El sol sale cada dia"

This is a phrase that i like that my father told me once, it means that the sun comes out everyday so if one day i'm sad, i dont have to think that because a bad thing happened to me its the end of the world or i wont be able to recover from that because the next day i will be living and i will be able to fix my mistakes or to do whatever it takes to continue my life and to be happy again.

This video is very good, i enjoy this jokes very much but i dont think they could work that well in spanish.

The language in this video is all english so the jokes as well, and some double sense jokes wouldnt work in spanish because if i translate them they wouldnt make any sense and it wouldnt be as funny as this video, it would only be ruined.

In some cases jokes can be translated and the jokes could work almost the same but not in this one.

Motivation

Motivation is really important in life, i think motivation leads to success and success leads to motivation. Most of the times i keep motivated because i am doing something i like or i am looking for a goal that excites me. Sometimes i get motivated because of people, if i am going to see an important person in my life in one week, that week goes very slow and i keep motivated and excited waiting for the day to come.
Having a goal keeps me motivated as well, i think that is a very important reason to be motivated and fight for what you are looking to.
On the other hand, motivation can drop a little bit sometimes or a lot as well, but it depends on how much we want to achieve that goal so that we decide whether to keep fighting and keep motivated, or just surrender and do it the easy way.

Osama Bin Laden in Family Guy

I think this video is particularly funny because Osama Bin Laden is pretending to do a serious tape, trheatening all americans and he made a mistake and then he started laughing with everyone so his seriousnes went away. And that's what's funny.

Week four self reflection

Vocabulary is very important, sometimes i do get stucked in my sentences because i dont know the exact word, what i do is trying to express my ideas with another sentence, more simple, sometimes i just cant say what i am thinking because of my vocabulary and its very difficult for me so then i just make signs.
I am learning new vocabulary now and i think its very importante to have a wide vocabulary because it really helps your conversations and it makes life easier.

Self reflection

I've learned some new things in this course, at the moment I am very familiar with most of them , I've learned some things that i can apply easily in "the real life", and some are more difficult for me because i'm not used to them.
In the classroom I have been aplying and learning a lot of new things, but outside it's where i learn the most, putting in practice what i learned in the classroom, and that way i will really remember what I have being thought in the classroom.

Lynn canyon

Lynn canyon is located in North Vancouver, is a nice place, full of trees, a small river and a small bridge across de river, the brdige is about 20-25 meters high, in summer its great for swimming, you can swim on the river and dive from a rock of almost 7 meters high.
You can run through the forest, you can walk and go check the twin falls, you can just sit down and relax, there is a caffeteria before the bridge. You can as well be lucky and found some bears.
In the winter or fall is colder, the water is very cold and the forest is very wet, the only thing i wouldnt do in this seasons is diving into the water because its really cold, for me.
Its a very nice place if you go out there with your friends, you can have a nice time and enjoy the nature. Its not a place where you could spend all day but you could spend a couple of hours if youre only sightseeing, or if you want to walk around the place then it will take you longer but anywhays you will enjoy it very much.

Plans for the future

Some of my future plans while here in Vancouver are firstly to enjoy more the city, to go to special places and unique places that only this city can offer me. I also would like to go to whistler or the rockies as well, or both if i can.
Another obvious plan is to pass my CPE exam and not only pass the exam but pass it with a good mark.
On the other hand, some longer future plans are to go back to Mexico to start my career, finish my career, get a job, have a family, my own car, my own house, etc...

Those are some of my future plans and i am working hard so i can make them true

First one

This is my new blog where i'll be writing some stuff for the next three months.
